**Administrative Assistant**

This position will be casual / part-time, with potential for increased hours and rate of pay, depending on business demand and growth. This position will require 3 hours per day / 15 hours per week, working remotely. The Administrative Assistant will be a contractor, not an employee, paid at a rate of $15 per hour.

**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business
- Answers the telephone, schedules appointments, and communicates with inspectors
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and inspectors

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent education required
- administrative assistant experience an asset
- Knowledge of appropriate software an asset, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $225.00 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Red Deer, AB T4P 3W5
