itor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and accurate financial transactions. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct the nightly audit process to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and guest billing - Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist in the check-in and check-out process for guests - Manage phone calls and reservations with a polite and clear phone etiquette - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations during the night shift **Requirements**: - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately - Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Night Auditor to contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night hours.
