**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands on support for Team Members experiencing desktop hardware, software, mobile, audio/visual, and networking issues and provide a complete follow through to successful resolution.
- Assist in the onboarding, role changes and offboarding events of Team Members as it relates to their technology requirements (hardware/software needs, security access changes within relevant systems, physical technology relocation, etc.)
- Plan, schedule and execute computer equipment installation, backups, imaging, upgrades, and replacement projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, and lead disposal process of retired equipment.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Log, update, monitor and follow up on support requests.
- Install and support printers, scanners, and phones. Determine what service calls need to be made.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems, ensuring mínimal downtime for end users.
- All other duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in related field preferred
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange Server

**Personal Qualities**:

- Strong communication skills
- High level troubleshooting, attention to detail, organization, communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently multitask, adapt and stay calm under pressure.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Extensive use of the computer and telephone
- Restricted to desk for extended periods of time.
- Stress in dealing with high volume of calls and guest concerns.
