**Your Opportunity**
We’re looking for a Care Services Manager. This role will coordinate the highest standard of care services provided by the care team at Seasons and will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, their families’ and other staff in accordance with Seasons vision, mission and values. The Care Services Manager will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents in accordance with required medical care and established service plans and practices.
**What You Will Do**:
- Promote a healthy lifestyle for Seasons residents by embracing each resident as an individual and ensure residents receive person-centered care
- Coordinate and complete resident assessments and service plans, providing leadership to staff in assessment processes within the Home;
- Identifies changing/evolving resident care needs and recommends progression to the appropriate Care models/service packages in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Manager;
- Demonstrates compassion and professionalism in interactions with residents and their families at all times;
- May be involved with performance management of Care Service team members in conjunction with the General Manager and Health and Wellness Manager;
- Ensuring compliance with Resident Assessments/Service Plans (PCC), Seasons specific policies and procedures, and RHRA regulations;
- All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications or Skills Required**:
- ** Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory**:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Medication Administration training
- RN or RPN designation and current registration with the College of Nurses;
- Current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Empathy for and understanding the needs of Seasons’ residents
- Communicate effectively following written and verbal instructions
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload throughout scheduled shift
