About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of long-term care redevelopment and Capex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the Vice President of Development
  • Create a detailed work plan, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including design professionals and construction personnel
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Southbridge standards
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, construction, and planning
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
