**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative / Estimator plays a crucial role in the success of the company by generating sales leads, assessing client needs, and providing accurate estimates for cleaning services. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and attention to detail to effectively communicate with clients and provide tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct on-site assessments of client premises to evaluate cleaning needs, identify areas of concern, and gather information necessary for accurate estimates.
- Prepare detailed and professional proposals and presentations outlining cleaning services, pricing, terms, and conditions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Utilize knowledge of industry standards, labor costs, materials, and equipment to accurately estimate the cost of cleaning services and provide competitive quotes to clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and align with company objectives.
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns, overcome objections, and close sales in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, proposals, and contracts using CRM software or other tools. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales pipeline, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with other team members, including operations and customer service staff, to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of cleaning industry standards, practices, and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. The Sales Representative / Estimator plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
