Cheerful and pleasant disposition when answering phones as well as greeting patients into the clinic.
- Provide a high-level of customer service.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Assist with medical documents/letters to doctors, lawyers, insurance companies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable.
- Can schedule appointments and complete payment transactions accurately.
- Working knowledge of the EMR Healthquest is an asset.
- Assist the physiotherapists with a variety to tasks.
- Light cleaning/stocking clinic rooms.
- Previous clinic experience preferred.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
