Force Civil Solutions Ltd. excited to announce we are looking for a Construction Administrator to join our team.

**Summary**
The Construction Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. This position involves duties of moderate complexity and requires a sound knowledge of departmental procedures, as well as limited judgment and initiative.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide divisional support to the Scheduling Coordinator, coordinating project schedules and timelines.
- Support the processing of force account billings and facilitate purchase order requests.
- Manage and maintain project documents, permits and requirements.
- Ensure effective management and control of administrative functions.
- Review and update information in files and company software
- Generate memos and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requires Skills**
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
- Excellent ability to prioritize work tasks according to deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Extended hours of work may be required from time to time.
- Personal and reliable transportation to and from the office.
**Required Experience**
- Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum two years of related experience in an administrative support role.
- Previous experience in related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor considered an asset.
- Fluent in English
This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer an excellent, competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package. Salary to be based upon qualifications and experience.
