If you are an aspiring translation professional who loves to push the boundaries of what is possible, then this might be the role for you. We are a small, close-knit team, looking for someone who can jump in and make an immediate impact.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Identify and report mismatches in strings/text
- Provide the correct translation, and where applicable fix directly via text database
- Provide context for foreign language defects
- Work closely with other translation team members
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Create and maintain a lexicon, or terminology guide
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:

- Must be able to provide accurate idiomatic translations of non-technical material using correct syntax and expression from English to Polish and vice versa.
- Mastery of the Polish language: writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and unexpected assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

**Nice to have**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Literature, or similar field, or experience as a translator a plus
- Experience with CAT Tools (Phrase, SDL Trados, memoQ) a plus.
