**Company Description**

Put your skills to work with a fast-growing brand making a difference - protecting our soils for the future of farming and our planet Overton Environmental, based in Winnipeg, is looking for a local marketing coordinator to help us meet our potential through sales support and brand awareness across markets.

Our company produces **EcoTea** products, which are based on natural biology helping farmers, crops, and the soil at the same time. Our products are organic and are focused on changing the way we farm in the future. We are also expanding into other professional markets and home gardening as our products’ success grows.

**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Director of Marketing this role will be focused on boosting brand awareness and improving customer engagement/interactions. Working with the team to identify core ways we will be communicating with our clients and presenting ourselves within various industries. As a growing role with an evolving brand, this will provide a dynamic opportunity for growth within the organization over time.

**Duties**

**Skills**
- Ability to work in a team setting and individually to meet goals and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, teams google workspace
- Moderate graphic design ability
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Out of the box creativity is a bonus

**Benefits**
- Salary Range: $42,000-$47,000
- Ability to have hybrid work (office/home)
- Flexible schedule based on deliverables
- Medical/Dental (post probation period)
- Professional development.

**Experience/Education**
- Post secondary diploma or degree in marketing/graphic design
- 2 years experience in a marketing related role.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
