**JOB SUMMARY**

As an Industrial Electrical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a diverse range of electrical projects. Working closely with the project management team, your responsibilities will encompass coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining a keen focus on project timelines and budgets. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments will contribute significantly to the overall success of our electrical projects. This is an 8+ month project with potential for an extension.

**OBJECTIVES and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to ensure company visions, values & business strategies are communicated, understood, and implemented.
- Create a plan that will ensure the safe, efficient & high-quality execution of construction projects.
- Create and Monitor project for schedule compliance.
- Adhere to site processes, business flows, procedures & standard practices.
- Ensure all construction is compliant with all applicable codes and standards and specifications.
- Responsible to provide cost Construction to Engineering
- Accountable to ensure all construction is in-line with estimates and schedule projections including materials coordination.
- Accountable to ensure all material is onsite and available.
- Accountable to updating planning priority tracker accordingly.
- Support turnarounds & unit outages by collaborating with the maintenance and T/A teams.
- Accountable to identify and assess opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and cost.
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project controls, Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Management

**REQUIRED SKILLS and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 + years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Understanding of construction execution strategy.
- Must possess maintenance and industrial oil field electrical experience with a journeyman ticket in Electrical or instrumentation.
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project controls, Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Management.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Team player as well as self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and reliable.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work safely and follow/understand procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor project performance.
- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
- Must be fit-for-duty.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.
- Must be able to provide clean Canadian criminal record check (within 30 days of hire)
