**Position Details**:
Vos principales tâches
- Le souscripteur de niveau junior, automobile commerciale, est responsable d’évaluer et d’accepter les risques, en plus de fixer les taux.- Évaluer, choisir, négocier et fixer correctement le taux des polices qui lui sont assignées afin d’assurer un volume d’affaires rentable en fonction du pouvoir qui lui est accordé et conformément aux directives de souscription.
- Finaliser la saisie des données relatives aux contrats d’assurance afin d’assurer la rapidité des transactions
- Garantir que les avenants, les renouvellements, les réémissions et les résiliations sont examinés et analysés conformément aux normes et aux directives de l’entreprise
- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre des directives portant sur les taux de renouvellement ainsi que les engagements et la suffisance des primes
- Analyser la rentabilité des nouvelles occasions d’affaires, sous la direction d’un souscripteur principal, en évaluant les risques déterminés par l’examen des données de souscription
- Établir et maintenir une relation professionnelle avec les courtiers et les clients afin d’améliorer la compréhension du marché cible et contribuer à la qualité du service, à la résolution des problèmes et à la sélection des risques, conformément aux normes de l’entreprise
- Collaborer avec les courtiers et les clients afin de favoriser la fidélisation et la satisfaction de la clientèle au moyen de communications régulières
- Participer au besoin aux communications et à la transmission de renseignements aux courtiers concernant la philosophie de souscription d’assurance des entreprises, des polices et des procédures
- Comprendre et adopter les pratiques exemplaires de l’entreprise en matière de conformité, de contrôle interne et de mesures de contrôle du risque opérationnel
- Aider aux processus d’examen du rendement quant au contrôle de la tarification, à la sélection des risques et à la qualité des données
- Collaborer à la réalisation de tâches et projets spéciaux au besoin
- Votre profil- Posséder une formation collégiale et une expérience professionnelle équivalente
- 1-3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la souscription pour véhicules commerciaux
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances informatiques et des logiciels Outlook, Word et Excel.
- Connaissance de RTM, Passport un atout
- Joueur d’équipe qui s’adapte facilement à un environnement en croissance
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais)
- Organisé et gestion des priorités
- Posséder le titre de PAA ou être en voie de l’obtenir
