**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Fort McMurray First Nation Group of Companies is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. This will be at a Construction Site just south of Anzac but the location may vary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Clean offices, meeting chambers, camp rooms and recreational facilities
- Mop tile and concrete floor areas and vacuum all carpeted areas
- Dust all furniture and fixtures as required
- Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers, fixtures and mirrors
- Replenish required supplies
- Keep outside area near exits and entrances clear of snow, cans, paper, etc.
- Steam clean floors, clean kitchen sinks and counters
- Report maintenance issues and acts of vandalism
- Operate equipment such as buffers
- Complete FLRA’s prior to commencing shift
- Will be required to pick-up/drop-off co-workers to/from site

Working Conditions:

- Monday to Friday 12 Hour Shifts
- Day shift rotations
- Must be comfortable driving in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more; prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bending; operating medium weight cleaning equipment such as buffers, and moving desks and furniture

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous custodial experience
- CSTS-09 or OSSA or BSO
- Valid Class 4 /5 Drivers License
- Successful Pre-access Drug and Alcohol Testing

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
