The Sales development Rep (SDR) is a part of the regional sales team, and focuses on expanding our customer base by adding new takeaway prospects into the sales reps’ qualified pipeline. They will generate qualified leads, solicit new potential customers and connect those customers with our sales reps. They focus solely on prospecting takeaway opportunities, with the goal of generating a qualified takeaways sales pipeline as well as converting inbound leads into actively selling opportunities

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Opportunity research, creation & updating - independently using campus websites or course object data or with the help of the sales operations team, ensure an accurate and up to date pipeline for the assigned territory
- Follow up and qualify/disqualify MQLs for assigned territory
- Collaborate with account manager to provide sales reps with an understanding of opportunities in play in the assigned territory. This will help sales reps make travel decisions
- Follow up with prospects that did not choose our course materials but expressed interest

**Required qualifications**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Natural curiosity, resilience and a strong desire to learn
- Can work remotely and independently, while still being a part of our team
- Is a competitive and creative problem-solver
- Fluency in English

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Proficiency in GSuite and CRMs
- Prior customer service experience

Le représentant chargé du développement des ventes (SDR) fait partie de l'équipe de vente régionale et se concentre sur l'expansion de notre base de clients en ajoutant de nouveaux prospects à emporter dans le pipeline qualifié des représentants commerciaux. Il génère des prospects qualifiés, sollicite de nouveaux clients potentiels et les met en relation avec nos représentants commerciaux. Ils se concentrent uniquement sur la prospection d'opportunités de vente de produits à emporter, dans le but de générer un pipeline de vente qualifié de produits à emporter et de convertir les pistes entrantes en opportunités de vente active.

**Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à**:

- Recherche, création et mise à jour d'opportunités - de manière autonome en utilisant les sites Web des campus ou les données sur les objets de cours ou avec l'aide de l'équipe des opérations de vente, assurer un pipeline précis et à jour pour le territoire assigné.
- Développer et exécuter un plan de sensibilisation (téléphone, courriel, réunions virtuelles) pour attirer des clients potentiels ou en solliciter de nouveaux.
- Suivre et qualifier/disqualifier les MQLs pour le territoire assigné.
- Faire progresser les opportunités dans le pipeline de vente jusqu'à la conclusion en ayant des conversations téléphoniques, des réunions virtuelles ou des interactions par courriel. Cela peut inclure l'envoi d'échantillons de texte(s) ou de matériel numérique, la réalisation de démonstrations virtuelles, l'octroi d'un accès à des ressources en ligne, etc.
- Collaborer avec le directeur de compte pour fournir aux représentants des ventes une compréhension des opportunités en jeu dans le territoire assigné. Cela aidera les représentants des ventes à prendre des décisions concernant les déplacements
- Assurer le suivi des prospects qui n'ont pas choisi nos supports de cours mais qui ont exprimé leur intérêt
