Shab, a fitness studio in Montreal, is on the lookout for a dynamic Studio Assistant Manager to join our growing team. **Role Overview**:The Studio Assistant Manager will be at the heart of our studio's operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. This position offers a blend of customer service, administrative duties, and comprehensive management of gym operations.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Gym Operations Management: Develop and maintain operational strategies to enhance gym efficiency and customer satisfaction, monitor daily operations to ensure that the system adhere to operational guidelines and performance standards. Maintain accurate records and reports on membership, revenue, and expenses.
- Administrative and Management Tasks: Managing gym operations. Correspond with business partners and third parties, coordinate with coaches regarding schedules, manage invoices and statements, order gym supplies, and oversee our service exchange program, calculate, and generate payroll invoices.
- Social media and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for platforms like Instagram, coordinate content creation, schedule posts, and organize marketing and client engagement events. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to *drive membership growth and retention.
- Front Desk Duties: Manage bookings and client accounts, assist with subscription or billing inquiries, maintain studio space, answer queries about memberships and services, prepare and serve smoothies, and handle transactions using Shopify POS.

Nice to have:

- Completed a post secondary education degree in Business Management or related diplomas.
- A background or interest in the fitness industry.

Bilingualism is preferred.
