**Job Title: Assistant Manager 17$/h + tips**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tacos Frida. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to take the next step in their career. Wednesday - Sunday 4-11pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary and optimizing costs.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
- English & French (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems like Cluster.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Description du poste**: Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Manager hautement motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Tacos Frida. En tant qu'Assistant(e) Manager, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le soutien des opérations du restaurant et la garantie d'un service client exceptionnel. Responsabilités:

- Assister le gérant général dans les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, y compris la gestion du personnel, le contrôle des stocks et le service client.
- Former et développer les membres de l'équipe pour maintenir des normes élevées de qualité alimentaire, de propreté et de service.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction pour créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à atteindre les objectifs de vente et maximiser la rentabilité.
- Assurer le respect des réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité et maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
- Gérer les demandes des clients, les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Surveiller et maintenir les niveaux de stock, passer des commandes au besoin et optimiser les coûts.
- Établir les horaires de travail du personnel pour garantir une couverture adéquate.
- Mettre en œuvre des politiques et des protocoles qui garantiront le bon fonctionnement futur du restaurant.

Qualifications:

- Une expérience préalable dans un rôle de supervision ou d'assistant(e) manager dans un restaurant est préférée.
- Anglais et français (l'espagnol est un plus ).
- Solides compétences en leadership et capacité à motiver et inspirer une équipe.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Un parcours éprouvé dans la fourniture d'un service client exceptionnel.
- Connaissance des opérations de restaurant, y compris les procédures de manipulation des aliments et de sécurité.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes de point de vente tels que Cluster.
- Disponibilité flexible, y compris les soirées, les weekends et les jours fériés.
