**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Provides superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, uses up-selling skills and is well versed in the menu; is knowledgeable of the food and alcohol being served
- Takes guest orders for food & beverage, processes orders using the POS system
- Serves food and/or alcohol; clears/busses tables
- Prepares alcoholic beverages as required
- Prepares accurate cash out deposits, monitors all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages; responsible for any cash shortages
- Organizes serving stands/back of house space;
- Assists with general cleaning Completes opening and closing duties and sets up dining room area according to standard/BEO

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Minimum of one year of serving experience preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Previous POS systems experience an asset
- Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
- Interest and knowledge of culinary and wines an asset
