**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
- Manage team performance through effective training, coaching, and development.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Implement food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate food preparation activities to guarantee quality service delivery.
- Utilize POS systems to track sales, inventory, and customer preferences.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified staff members to build a strong team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management with a focus on team management.
- Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of financial operations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with staff and guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
