**Role Overview**:
As an IT Support Technician, you are an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software, providing technical support, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Continuous monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Prompt response to service issues and requests.
- Provision of technical support across the firm, whether in person or over the phone.
- Creation and management of user accounts for new personnel.
- Repair and replacement of equipment as needed.
- Evaluation and testing of new technology solutions.
