- Souci du détail, débrouillardise, honnêteté;
- Afficher des compétences et des capacités informatiques;
- S'adapter facilement au changement et être à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement d'apprentissage continu;
- Aider les commerçants avec le service client et les problèmes liés au support technique de manière positive et professionnelle.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and order processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
