**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO**:
Conduct vehicle market planning for the North American market.

Play a key role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by generating forecast updates.

Provide support for the annual financial year and regular updates on volume forecasts to maintain effective financial governance.

Work with different teams to solve problems and provide solutions to boost sales. Build a positive working relationship with the promotions, marketing, finance and operations departments to ensure a consistent strategy.

Lead the Volume Planning process (5 year strategy) alongside the Product Manager for the attention of the Global Sales Department.

Consolidate and present market analyses to North American sales executives.

Prepare sales analyses to present to the Management Committee and the CEO.

Develop, update and publish sales reports and perform specific analyses as required.

Contribute to the development process for new sales forecasting and sales report visualization tools.

Influence and submit specific recommendations on which sales programs to prioritize.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, business intelligence or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Great attention to detail, strong logical sense and excellent at managing priorities.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Strong technical skills, especially with Excel. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI will be considered an asset but is not required.

Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
