We are looking for an analyst, sales program and romotions to work in the dynamic and stimulating environment of sales programs and promotions strategy in close collaboration with multi-teams. You will leverage your competencies toward influencing and implementing highly strategic decisions for the North American powersports division
**YOU'LL HAVE HTE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Analyze market data to identify key drivers of retail/wholesale.
Assess the competitive environment and the positioning of your brands.
Recommend course-correction plans to achieve retail objectives.
Execute promotional recommendations across all channels.
Identify growth opportunities for the organization and our dealer network.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or any other relevant degree.
Analytical and synthetical skills.
Strong ability to communicate and develop interpersonal relationships.
Self-sufficiency and initiative to quickly identify business needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
