Who you are

We are looking for a creative, innovative individual to join our People Services Technology, Data & Insights team as a Content Design Intern. We are seeking someone with a passion for original content creation, design, and implementation, with experience in UI/UX. As a Content Design Intern, you will serve as a valued contributor in our design visionary process for implementing content and web design principles. We are seeking an individual with prior experience in a similar role, who is able to join our team for a year-long (fall-spring) internship. This position will be a hybrid role, depending on location.

What you bring- Working towards a degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.-
- Degree concentration in design, marketing, business administration, or related field.- Prior experience in a content/web design related role.- An interest in Real Estate industry.- Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.- Proficient experience in UI/UX, and MS Office including MS Excel.

What success looks like- Create UI / UX design and wireframe- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.- Utilizing IT data for business insights.- Analyzing business needs.- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.- Analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Bonus skills and experience- Previous experience working within a real estate environment.- Experience working within a professional services environment.
