A Full-Time Live-In Building Superintendent position is available working in a high rise multi-residential building in downtown Ottawa. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and skilled individual possessing a pleasant customer and team oriented personality to join our team. The Building Superintendent is responsible for day to day minor in-suite repairs and maintenance along with an emphasized focus on cleaning of common building elements and grounds. Additional responsibilities include preparation and cleaning of vacant rental units and occasional suite viewings with some administrative duties.

General skills in trades considered an asset. Must perform well under pressure and display effective time management skills. Problem solving and the ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with others a must. Evening and weekend on-call duties apply. Criminal reference check required. Non-smoker preferred with no pets. English communication skills required.
