**Government Relations and Grant Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong government relationships and solicit project funding from all levels of government in Canada and the United States for electric vehicle charging technology and infrastructure.
- Engage with government and non-government organizations on energy, environment, science, technology, and transportation issues on behalf of United Chargers.
- Identify and manage opportunities for United Chargers to participate in industry and public sector engagements and events.
- Monitor and identify grants, funding, and incentive opportunities in Canada and the United States for electric vehicle charging technology and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with Municipal, State, and Federal requirements for electric vehicle funding.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience of the participation in Governmental programs and grants,
- Ability to work tight deadlines and under pressure,
- Ability to consistently take initiative and be pro-active,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Strong written and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
