**Responsibilities**:

- Host Open Houses Regularly: Engage with potential buyers and showcase our listings with energy and passion.
- Expert on Team Listings: Know our listings inside out and be ready to host private showings in collaboration with the team schedule.
- Consistent Networking: Expand your network and prospect for new clients through regular networking activities both self-directed and as a team.
- Utilize Marketing Materials: Leverage our marketing materials to attract more clients and grow your business.
- Client Management: Provide exceptional service to our clients from start to finish, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring they're cared for every step of the way.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid BC Real Estate License (UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading Service License) and 2 years experience minimum (or convince us otherwise)
- BC Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Willingness to Learn: Stay ahead of the game by embracing new tools, systems, and technologies in the real estate profession.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Positive Attitude: Approach challenges with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Social Media Savvy: Looking for someone who knows their way around social profiles and is ready to leverage technology creatively.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including both in-office and remote work as needed. The pay is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for driven individuals.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
