**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of purchase and sale documents for conveyancing
- Conducting title searches through LTSA
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- Managing real estate transaction files including data entry with a high attention to detail & accuracy
- Corresponding with agents, solicitors, outside brokerages, and colleagues
- Answer main office phone line
- Responding to client inquiries
- Greet visitors
- Courier drop-offs and pick-ups
- Manage key drop off and pick up
- Upload listing onto MLS system, maintain listings and process amendments
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with the transition activities related to the real estate associates
- Coordinate bookings of boardrooms and setup for meetings
- Support banking and accounting duties
- Prepare office and marketing publications
- Support real estate associates in administrative tasks
- Support management team in administrative tasks
**Education**:
Post Secondary Education (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3S 5J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
