Potential to earn **real money 6 figures plus **in your 1st year - with no marketing expenses.

**Requirements**:

- **Location - Greater Vancouver Area, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley**:

- **Must have Real Estate License in BC or working towards obtaining**

- **Failed agents **unable to make a living or not willing to put in an effort. If you’re serious about building a business and willing work, this program will work for you.
- Amateur agents looking for a quick **shortcut to success.**:

- Unethical agents who will **“do or say anything” **to make a sale.
