**Customer Care Coordinator**

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for increasing customer retention, and maintaining and promoting an exceptional customer experience. The position is responsible for booking service appointments, following up service customer concerns and managing customer calls.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Work with the the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and general staff in the Service Department
- Positively motivate, and support a successful Service environment;
- Coordinate activities with the Service Manager to ensure staffing requirements match bookings
- Continuously engage customers, provide outstanding customer experiences, and drive referral and repeat business;
We offer four 10-hour shifts per week so you get full time hours AND a great work life balance Full benefits including extended medical, dental and insurances is also offered.
