Our Group Benefits business is focused on creating an experience that is easy and meaningful to our clients. Group Benefits serves the needs of Plan sponsors, members and market sources, helping make Canadians healthier and organizations stronger.

The Plan Sponsor Administration team links people, technology, and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience. Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- System setup for New Issues, Reissues, Amendments, and project including creation of health/dental packages and benefit codes
- Responsible for checking reports to ensure all changes have fed accurately
- Investigate and respond to queries related to plan implementation/amendment
- Participate in team retrospectives, refinement meetings and daily standups providing feedback on challenges and status updates
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by always looking for improvements.

- Solid knowledge of group benefit’s plan structure and benefits
