We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tarion Warranty Administrator to manage our new home warranty program. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners and trades regarding new home warranty and service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of the Tarion Warranty service for new homeowners
- Coordinating with construction and customer service teams to ensure timely response and completion of warranty service requests
- Preparing, submitting and tracking service requests and warranty claims
- Conducting homeowner orientations and pre-delivery inspections
- Managing 30-day, year-end and second-year warranty inspections
- Ensuring compliance with Tarion guidelines and regulations
- Addressing and resolving homeowner inquiries and concerns

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience as a Warranty Administrator, preferably within the new home construction industry
- Detailed knowledge of Tarion Warranty Program and its guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
