**JOB FUNCTION**
If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive within tight deadlines, have exceptional organization skills, and enjoy independent work, then we’re looking for you Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Corporate Services & Facilities, the Corporate Services Clerk will support the administrative functions of the organization by efficiently processing and distributing internal and external correspondence. The position will provide day-to-day operational support to help ensure the smooth and effective performance of the Corporate Services & Facilities area. To be successful in this position you’ll need to enjoy repetitive tasks and collaborating professionally, in a team environment.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and revise submitted claims to ensure efficient sorting procedure
- Support the Print Operator with properly matching invoices and stuffing cheques
- Print, prepare, pack, and send broker supply requests following approval
- Ensure submitted claims are organized and sorted efficiently in preparation for scanning
- Collate paper filing sent down from various departments to be added to existing member files
- Document outgoing packages for later tracking and reference
- Record batch information for later processing
- Responsible for indexing web claims
- Provide back up support to cover the printing process
- Execute the delivery of mail to all SBC employees, ensuring requested courier items are brought to the department and sent out
- Work to digitize requested files into the Electronic File room by scanning, and uploading documents to members E-Files
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required
- 1 - 3 years of experience with shipping (courier services, postal services) and purchasing is considered an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with the ability to understand and learn new systems
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and/or tasks with competing deadlines
- Able to use sound judgement to make good decisions based on information gathered and analyzed
- Work collaboratively by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Proven self-starter with the ability to motivate others
- Maintain confidentiality by following Privacy and Compliance policies/procedures
- Legally entitled to work in Canada on an unrestricted basis
- Criminal Record and background check satisfactory to Saskatchewan Blue Cross
