**Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership to the retail team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest levels of visual merchandising, product presentation, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining brand integrity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Train and coach the retail team to deliver a personalized and knowledgeable service to customers, promoting the unique features of high-end products.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product assortment and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing stockouts and excess stock.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to organize events and promotions that elevate the brand's presence and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard the store's assets and reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and luxury market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager in high-end luxury retail or a similar upscale environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Passion for luxury products and an in-depth understanding of the high-end retail market.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail seasons.

**Salary**: $35,063.37-$78,774.60 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Montréal, QC H2Y 2N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
