**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at BMA Conventions. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and promoting event participation. This role involves networking with industry professionals, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
**Qualifications**
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Freshers who are committed welcome to apply
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Experience in the events or conventions industry is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance product visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities and reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $33,100.00-$138,058.53 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
