Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security products on the customer premise. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and maintenance purposes
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, low voltage wiring, computer hardware, and computer networking
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and other technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot security system issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and law enforcement agencies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
