Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Capital, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne Groupe Financier.

**Responsabilités**:
º Participer à la production des rapports mensuels sur les profits et les pertes et à l'analyse des écarts.

º Aider à la préparation des écritures de fin de mois.

º Se charger de suivre la performance financière par rapport au plan et à l'exercice précédent, d'ajouter des informations et de souligner les risques et les opportunités.

º Fournir du soutien en analytique avancée, produire en temps opportun des rapports exacts sur la performance financière en préparant et en publiant des trousses financières mensuelles.

º Élaborer un processus pour les prévisions mensuelles et le budget annuel. L'objectif ultime est d'analyser systématiquement les écarts d'un mois à l'autre et les écarts cumulatifs annuels par rapport aux prévisions et au budget, et d'utiliser ces analyses pour parfaire et améliorer le processus. La capacité d'accroître l'exactitude et la fiabilité de la modélisation permet aussi de renforcer notre partenariat avec les ventes, le chef de la direction financière et le comité exécutif et d'optimiser notre efficacité.

º Faire preuve de motivation - en cherchant continuellement des façons d'automatiser et de simplifier les processus pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.

º Faire preuve de créativité, fournir des informations et chercher à améliorer et à automatiser les processus pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.

º Participer à la préparation et à l'examen de scénarios financiers offrant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et de tarification.

º Posséder une excellente connaissance d'Excel, un atout (posséder des compétences en programmation VBA et en macros, un atout certain).

º Participer à des projets et à des présentations au besoin.

º Préparer des analyses ponctuelles au besoin.

º Améliorer les connaissances financières dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

º Vérifier l'exactitude, la clarté et l'exhaustivité de son propre travail et de celui de ses pairs et veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et à celles de l'audit interne et externe.

**Qualifications**:
º Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe et de deux à cinq ans d'expérience

º Titre de CPA ou de CFA, ou études postsecondaires avec majeure en finance, un atout

º Connaissance des services bancaires et des services de crédit-bail, un atout

º Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office, incluant Access; connaissance avancée d'Excel et de PowerPoint requise

º Rigueur et minutie

º Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

º Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où le volume est élevé et où les échéances sont très serrées

º Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps; capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front

º Grande motivation et volonté de réussir et de progres
