Our Oil & Energy client is hiring a Functional Support Analyst to join their growing team.

After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Help to ensure over 3M customers are accurately billed monthly
- Meet TIS project deadlines to assist with keeping capital projects on target
- TIS - daily interactions to address system issues; design, test and support system changes.
- Business Stakeholders - daily interactions to provide functional support
- External Extended Alliance (EA) partners - Interactions to provide functional support

**MUST HAVE qualifications**:

- Business Analysis; CBAP certification an asset
- Documentation; clear and concise documentation, with a high degree of quality
- Communication skills; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Relationship management; able to create new relationships and foster existing ones
- Independent; ability to manage time, work independently, be agile, and prioritize workload
- Team player; strives in a team environment, welcomes feedback, and participates and collaborates

**NICE TO HAVE qualifications**:
Technical knowledge; some degree of the following is required:

- EGI Customer Information System (SAP CIS and/or Banner)
- EGI WAMS (Maximo)
- Service Now - for management of Incidents and Changes
- HP Quality Centre - EGI’s testing tool/repository for test scripts and results
- Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Skype
