Infrastructure Manager, Google Cloud Customer

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
- Experience leading global and/or distributed teams, and mentoring/developing team members.
- Experience reading software code in one or more language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, and/or Python).
- Ability to work in evolving/ambiguous environments and work in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
**About the job**:
As an Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team who works directly with Google’s customers to help them transform their businesses. You'll engage customers and work with customer executives/key technical leaders to deploy solutions via Google Cloud. In this role, you'll partner with key Google partners currently servicing accounts in order to manage programs, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance/best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, expand, and scale a team of consultants.
- Interact with partner leads and technical stakeholders to translate complex customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate solution architectures.
- Partner with customer technical leads, customer executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful migrations to cloud solutions.
- Create programs and template solutions to achieve scalable impact across the customer and partner ecosystem.
- Understand customer needs and help shape Google’s long-term product strategy.
