Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter customer information and order details into the system.
- Upsell products and services to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer service process.

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers, increasing revenue.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse customer base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales techniques to effectively promote products and services.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer service process.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
