**DISTRICT OFFICE LEADERSHIP ASSISTANT (DOLA)**
**35-40 hours/week**
**Waterloo, ON**

As directed by the West District Executive Director, the District Office Leadership Assistant (DOLA) will be responsible for the coordination of administrative, organizational, and networking support tasks. The DOLA will support the West District Leadership Team through administration, working groups, assigned projects, and monitoring and tracking information for Executive Director and Leadership Team decision-making. This role will also work as part of the District Office Support Team. This role may also involve some travel within the areas of the West District: Halton, Hamilton, Niagara, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years previous working experience in a managerial or administrative role preferably in the Developmental Services field
- University Degree or College equivalent (Business Administration or Social Sciences)
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screen

**Preferred**:

- Excellent computer, data and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of professional office environments
- Full G Driver's License

**Our Hiring Process**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.36-$30.02 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
