**Responsibilities of the Conference Production Coordinator**:

- Contacting key professionals, industry leaders and senior executives from the world’s top organizations, across varying industries, for speaker recruitment purposes
- Managing relevant relationships with existing clients
- Researching and writing copy for conference agendas to ensure event topics are timely and relevant, resulting in client engagement
- Identifying current industry trends and challenges, business opportunities, market activities, and the competitive landscape and providing recommendations for speaker content to clients
- Occasionally travelling to monitor the performance of events, ensuring everything goes smoothly for speakers
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and sales to build ongoing positive relationships with our network of partners before, during, and after our events

**Qualifications for the Conference Production Coordinator**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills with a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on the end result
- General business acumen and an understanding of Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven working experience in client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent research skills an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications an asset

**Things to Discuss Further During the Interview**
- Our company offers well above the normal starting vacation and observes US holidays
- Our company is working on a hybrid model with some days in the office and some days at home

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
