**Position Summary**

**A day in the life of a Marketing Manager**:
As a Marketing Manager, Supplements, you will define the target consumers across two segments, developing an inspiring consumer insight and defining consumer perceived value, then leverage them to develop strategies that build competitive advantage across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and across multiple touchpoints and channels. You will leveraging a deep understanding of all consumer segments to continue to evolve the business to stay relevant with moms of today.

You will also:

- Lead the development and execution of the annual planning process (3-year and 18-month plans) across Materna and Gerber Pediatrics with fresh thinking on how to accelerate growth. Ensure all activities related to the marketing plan are executed flawlessly
- Build great iconic brands including brand essence development and reinvention work.
- Own development of consumer-driven and transformative demand generation plans (consumer and medical) for Materna and Gerber Pediatrics. Includes the continued medical marketing channel transformation from medical field force to digital first. Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. digital team, CME) and agencies to ensure brilliant execution across all touchpoints.
- Identify & develop the 3-year Supplements Innovation pipeline leveraging consumer and customer insights, trends, emerging needs, and SBU innovations/ technologies. Identify potential Supplements growth opportunities beyond the 2 segments we play in today.
- Act as marketing functional lead when exploring and building new manufacturing capabilities.
- Manage a robust PFME budget to optimize ROI and achieve business results. Contributes to overall P&L management.
- Regularly measure business performance against aligned KPI's and develops action plans where necessary.
- Lead development and evaluation of desired consumer/competitive claims & adaptation of claims as required across all consumer touch points, including navigating complex regulatory requirements
- Build a strong network locally and globally. Develops and fosters a collaborative working relationship with traditional cross functional areas; CSD, Demand Planning, TAG, and areas unique to this category; Medical Affairs, Regulatory Scientific Affairs, Medical Marketing, Medical Field Force, CRM. Develops relationships across business (e.g. NHS), borders (US) and with the global SBU.

**What will make you successful?**
- Minimum 2-4 years of successful management level experience across Marketing (7-9 years total Marketing experience)
- Must have both Consumer and Medical marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute a complex portfolio of multiple categories and brands.
- Ability to think strategically and help support business transformations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Relevant experience managing cross-functional multiple stakeholders
- Experience with NHPs and/or the broader regulated OTC category preferred
