Are you passionate about cars and excel in logistics? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Delivery Coordinator to become the newest member of our fast-paced dealership team

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate and oversee the seamless delivery of new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepped, cleaned, and ready for an exceptional customer delivery experience.
- Manage and schedule transportation resources efficiently to optimize delivery times.
- Act as a liaison between sales, service, and customers to ensure a smooth transition and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory control to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing outstanding service throughout the delivery process.

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Proactive problem-solver, ready to address challenges and create solutions.
- Proficient in using technology and automotive delivery software.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle delivery meets our high standards.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- auto dealership: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
