**About the Role**:

- Oversee team of life insurance and group benefits administrators
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing business.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customers and clients regarding various insurance inquiries.
- Regularly maintain client files using company CRM.
- Manage and maintain departmental documents.
- Continuously update processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist accounting department to reconcile invoices on a regular basis.
- Utilization of quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.

**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in life and/or group benefits.
- You possess a valid life insurance license in Ontario. This is a must have
- Strong familiarity with life insurance carriers and their product offerings.
- University/ College degree or similar designations are preferred.
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
- You have good leadership skills, including experience overseeing direct reports.
- High level of professionalism and attention to always providing a positive member experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
- Dedicated to continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing life insurance/ group benefits industry.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
