A career in management at the National Bank means participating in the smooth operation of your branch and providing daily listening and coaching. As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for supporting and assisting the employees under your management to implement the Bank's strategic vision, while allowing for the professional development of your team.

Under the direction of the Regional Vice President, the Branch Manager is responsible for a team of 10 peoples and the branch is located at 5557 Hazeldean Road, Stittsville Ontario.

**Your job**
- Achieve the branch's expected financial contribution target, by identifying with your team the expected business development behaviors and activities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to the Consultants, Customer Service Manager and Business Development support team to develop their skills and support them in their career path
- Ensure the hiring, development and performance management of your team members
- Mobilize the team to ensure a superior customer experience
- Ensure that your team members adhere to and enforce established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, referrals, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance and branch operating procedures
- Act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (BUCO) to oversee all Mutual Fund Representatives (MFRs)
- Develop a lasting relationship with the branch's clients through various activities aimed at client acquisition and retention
- Optimize the quality of service to small businesses by aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential

**Required Skills**:
Between five and ten years of experience
- in managing and coaching a consulting/business development team
- in business development in the financial sector
- University degree (BAC) and five to eight years of experience
- Master's degree and five years of experience
- Be a Mutual Fund Representative (MFR)
- Must be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become so within 3 to 6 months of hiring
- Bilingualism (French and English) essential
