**Job Summary**

Scheduling, writing and closing work orders in our Powersports service department.

Must be able to discuss service requirements with customer and relay to technicians.

Role would include but not limited to preparing service orders, MPI claims, warranty claims, new unit scheduling, tracking service department performance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Continuous communication with customer, service technician, sale and parts people

**Qualifications and Skills**

Grade 12 education and experience in customer service in the service department of a powersports or automotive dealership.

Must have positive can-do attitude and communicate well with staff and customers.

Use of computers programs for scheduling, parts look-up, and billing.

Must be able to lift 50lbs safely.

Valid drivers license and a motorcycle license or willing to aquire one.

**Salary**: $16.44-$34.94 per hour

Work Location: On the road
