**Sales Bonus Structure**:
**3%** Comission of all Sales for Zeds Beds and Isalnd Murphy Beds, plus milestone bonuses outlined below.

Zeds Beds Milestone Bonuses (per month)

$20k Sales **$250 Bonus**

$25k Sales **$500 Bonus**

$30k Sales **$500 Bonus**

$35k Sales **$1,000 Bonus**

$40k Sales **$2,000 Bonus**

$50k Sales **$2,000 Bonus**

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to contribute to our company's growth.

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business development skills
