- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Train and develop staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in training development and employee supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Food cost and labour cost control skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
