Vous fournirez un soutien administratif quotidien à la direction des ventes et aux équipes de vente de première ligne pour les activités d'intégration et de sortie des nouveaux employés et la gestion et l'exécution du processus de contrat national.

**Emplacement**:Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal ou Toronto dans un mode de travail hybride.

**Lien hiérarchique**:Vous relèverez du Gestionnaire principal, ventes MSS.

**Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Vous travaillez en partenariat et en collaboration avec plusieurs membres de l'équipe afin de rassembler et de fournir un résumé du contrat au responsable de la signature.
- Vous examinerez toutes les bases de données applicables, en veillant à ce que les trackers soient mis à jour, que les signatures soient obtenues de toutes les parties requises et qu'elles soient stockées dans un référentiel central.
- Gérer le site SharePoint national avec un contenu pertinent, maintenir la documentation des procédures et communiquer les mises à jour à l'équipe nationale des ventes de manière à ce qu'elles soient facilement compréhensibles et exploitables.
- Apporter un soutien aux équipes de direction des ventes pour plusieurs tâches administratives (programmation des invitations, soumission des factures et des demandes de chèques, enquête sur les éléments de facturation, établissement de rapports, contact avec les fournisseurs, soutien en matière de papeterie et de fournitures et autres tâches, etc.)

**Votre profil - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans un poste administratif
- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur des paiements est considérée comme un atout
- La connaissance des processus de vente, de l'industrie de l'acquisition des marchands et de la gestion des relations est un atout.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Visio et Project Planning.
- Le bilinguisme en anglais et en français est un atout.

**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
You will provide daily administrative support to the Sales Leadership and front line Sales teams on new hire onboarding/outgoing activities, management and execution of the National contract process, and providing BCP and DRP support.

**Location**:You will work from our Montreal or Toronto office in a Hybrid work model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to Senior Manager, MFS sales.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Partner and engage with multiple team members to curate and deliver a synopsis of the contract for the Signing Officer.
- You will review all applicable databases, ensuring trackers are updated, and signatures are obtained from all required parties and are stored in a central repository
- Manage the National SharePoint site with relevant content, maintain procedures documentation and communicate updates as directed to the National Sales team in a manner where it is easily understood and actionable.
- Provide support to the Sales Leadership teams on several administrative tasks (scheduling calendar invites, submission for invoices and cheque requisitions, investigating billing items, building reporting, contacting vendors, stationary and supply support and other tasks, etc.)
