**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and deliver interactive and engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to determine training needs which support the organization's
- objectives.- Collaborate with L&D and Talent Management teams to ensure outcomes are on track to meet business needs.
- Design and redesign learning content, conducting pilots and revisions based on changes to business needs, processes, or
- procedures.- Review, evaluate, and update existing training programs based on feedback and required changes.
- Participate and assist in developing recommendations or projects regarding future training program.
- Participate in leadership development programs, as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in all learning and development delivery formats (classroom, virtual, eLearning).

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration (Human Resources), Commerce (Human Resources), Education or

Psychology with a minimum of one year of related experience.
- OR
- An equivalent combination of education and four years of directly related experience.
- Basic understanding of the utility business, functions and environment and the inherent HR implications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate learning sessions (classroom and/or virtual) using various delivery methods and
- formats.- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective business partnerships.
- A team player who brings a passionate, positive, and high-energy approach to customer service and delivering results.
- Effective communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $37.19-$51.49 Hourly,
$71,271.20-$98,656.48 Annually.
